Methodology / Formats

It is an experiential and interactive program that includes practical exercises in Mindfulness and relaxation, meditation and mindful movement (gentle stretching), as well as explanations and dialogues on the processes of mind and body.

The program is conducted in groups and combines spaces for silence with others for collective exploration of the best strategies for dealing with practical situations on a personal and professional level, which each participant brings to his or her own experience.

The program includes 1 orientation session, 8 weekly sessions of 2h30 and 1 day of intensive practice, for a total of 30 on-site hours.

You will have a support book to help you follow the exercises, as well as audio guided exercises.
