Resilience Training for organisations
Practical tools for working more skilfully with difficult emotions, uncertainty and change, leading to improved team well-being and performance.
Adaptive resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity, adapt and thrive. It develops the ability to be productive, resourceful and creative while facing changing circumstances or adversity.
This interactive program uses a Mindfulness-based approach to develop the behaviours, habits of mind and practices that promote personal resilience, while developing a culture of resilience in teams and organisations.
Program Overview
This program is available in both on-site and live online formats.
They are structured in three 90-120 min modules, offering simple and practical tools to develop resilience and to be able to thrive, especially in challenging times or environments.

Mindsets and skills to enhance creativity and adaptability in uncertain and complex environments

Creating a change-ready culture by developing empathy and psychological safety in your team and organisation.
Module 1: Developing Clarity
Managing stress and overwhelm, maintaining focus, in difficult and uncertain times
- Equip yourself and the team with tools to stay calm so you can work through difficult emotions in the midst of adversity.
- It develops the skills to harness mental clarity and focus in uncertain and ambiguous times.
Outcomes: tips and techniques for staying calm and working through difficult emotions, along with practices for developing mental clarity and focus in difficult times.
Module 2: Changing Mindsets
Mindsets and skills to enhance creativity and adaptability in uncertain and complex environments.
- Increasing resilience in the face of major problems at work and in life
- Broaden the perspective, in order to move from negative biases to a growth mindset.
- To develop creativity and to explore new possibilities
Outcomes: development of skills and capabilities to adapt effectively to change, drive creative problem solving and remain agile in a VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous).
Module 3: Building Trust
Creating a change-ready culture by developing empathy and psychological safety in your team and organisation.
- Understand the role that connection can play in building trust.
- Develop the ability to exercise empathy and compassion in difficult times.
- Understand what psychological safety is and how to integrate it into the team and the organisation, especially in times of difficulty and massive disruption.
Outcomes: practical skills to increase empathy and psychological safety in order to create an agile and change-ready culture in teams and organisations.

In each of the modules, we emphasise concrete and practical skills that can be implemented immediately to increase resilience.At the end of the adaptive resilience training, all participants will receive access to a digital resilience toolkit to facilitate ongoing learning and maintenance of the skills learned.
