manejarnos mejor en esta vida \u201ctan estresante\u201d, pero \u00bfqu\u00e9 es realmente el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mindfulness<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">?<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hay muchas definiciones sobre el <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mindfulness<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a m\u00ed me gusta, por su simplicidad, la dada por el creador del programa\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"color: black; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/joanserracabado.com\/mbsr\/\"><b><i>MBSR\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(siglas en ingl\u00e9s de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">),\u00a0<\/span><b>Jon Kabat-Zinn<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(fundador del <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Center for Mindfulness<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de la Universidad de Massachusetts):<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element manera\u201d + eficaz, saludable, agradable y optimista de transitar por la vida, tanto personal como laboral.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saber\u00a0<\/span><b>estar consciente y sin juzgar <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en el momento presente nos ayuda a mejorar la eficacia personal y profesional, reducir el grado de estr\u00e9s y vivir una vida + placentera y saludable.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los <\/span><b>or\u00edgenes <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mindfulness <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">los podemos encontrar, fundamentalmente, en lo que podr\u00edamos llamar las tradiciones contemplativas orientales practicadas desde hace miles de a\u00f1os. Las explicaciones sobre lo que es, sus pr\u00e1cticas y beneficios no son siempre claras, dando pie a posibles malentendidos y usos no adecuados.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es por ello que, para mis intervenciones, me baso en un entrenamiento de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mindfulness <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bien definido y protocolizado como es el <\/span><a style=\"color: black; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/joanserracabado.com\/mbsr\/\"><b><i>MBSR<\/i><\/b><\/a><b>, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un programa que originalmente se desarrolla en 8 semanas con m\u00e1s de 20\u202fh presenciales y un temario concreto y bien definido que se comparte en la mayor\u00eda de pa\u00edses.<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><b><i>MBSR<\/i><\/b><b> es la intervenci\u00f3n de <\/b><b><i>mindfulness <\/i><\/b><b>mejor estudiada por la comunidad cient\u00edfica <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y cuenta tambi\u00e9n con un plan de acreditaci\u00f3n de profesionales bien definido.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
