Estado Unidos y que puede ayudar a dar alg\u00fan tipo de respuesta a las anteriores preguntas.<\/p><p>La rapidez con la que se suceden los acontecimientos de todo tipo (tecnol\u00f3gicos, econ\u00f3micos, sociales &#8230;) contribuye, m\u00e1s veces de lo que ser\u00eda razonable, a provocar situaciones de estr\u00e9s permanente. La reducci\u00f3n o, mejor dicho, la gesti\u00f3n de este estr\u00e9s es algo ineludible para una mayor eficacia tanto en el \u00e1mbito laboral como personal y, evidentemente, para una mejora de nuestro bienestar f\u00edsico y mental.<\/p><p>A menudo tenemos el cerebro lleno de \u00abcosas pendientes\u00bb y, muchas veces sin conexi\u00f3n entre ellas, cayendo f\u00e1cilmente en un estado mental \u00absin orden ni concierto\u00bb y lleno de \u00abcabos sueltos\u00bb. Un estado que nos impide fluir adecuadamente y, en muchas ocasiones, nos lleva tambi\u00e9n al estr\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Hay muchas pruebas cient\u00edficas que nos dicen que llevar nuestros pensamientos del presente al pasado nos puede provocar depresi\u00f3n, y llevarlos hacia el futuro, angustia como m\u00ednimo.<\/p><p>Hoy en d\u00eda hablamos mucho del Mindfulness como \u201calgo\u201d que puede ayudarnos a manejarnos mejor en esta vida tan estresante. \u00bfPero que es realmente el Mindfulness?<\/p><p>Hay muchas definiciones sobre el Mindfulness, a m\u00ed me gusta, por su simplicidad, la dada por el creador del programa <strong>MBSR <\/strong>(siglas en ingles de Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction), Jon Kabat-Zinn (PHD en Biolog\u00eda Molecular, fundador del Center for Mindfulness de la Universidad de Massachusetts):<\/p><p>\u00ab<em>El Mindfulness consiste en prestar atenci\u00f3n de forma particular, con intenci\u00f3n, al momento presente y sin juzgar\u00bb. <\/em>Intenci\u00f3n, Atenci\u00f3n y No Juicio son las columnas sobre las que pivota el Mindfulness.<\/p><p>Saber estar conscientemente y sin juzgar en el momento presente te ayuda a mejorar tu eficacia personal, reducir el grado de estr\u00e9s y vivir una vida m\u00e1s placentera y saludable.
